Late October Morning on Garland Pond
Even during late autumn there are colors to be found in the Maine Highlands as shown here at Garland Pond in Garland, Maine. This is a quaint little town about six miles to the East of Dexter on Route 94. I waited a while for the lighting to work. It can change fast sometimes. The light eventually lit up the cattails nicely. Image specs: Taken on October 24 at 9:11 AM using the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV Full Frame Camera with the Contemporary Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 lens at 531mm, f/25, 1/8 second shutter speed and ISO 160.
